Fife is a real hotspot for ABC sightings and was called "Scotland's Serengeti" by Ralph Barnett after George Markie described it as "like a safari park."
Retired Police Wildlife Liaison Officer George Redpath believes that there may be five cats in Fife.
In September 2003, we received a report that one cat had been killed in a collision with a car in July 2003.
