'Big cat' seen at 'Muchty'

I reported a "Big Cat" sighting to the police at Muchty in June, has there been any other sightings in the area since?

I reported seeing a "Hell of a big cat" to the police last month, I was travelling to my work at 04:30 when a cat the size of a Lurcher, jet black,small head, very slim with a long tail ran in front of my car (About fifty yards).

The whole incident was over in 2 seconds, (the time it took to cross two pavements and the road)

I do not know or wish to speculate what it was but I was concerned enough to feel that I should report it.

I have had dogs all my life and currently have 2 Border Collies, I know for certain it was not a dog, feral cat or a wild cat.

Prior to my sighting a "Black Cat" was sighted near Grange Of Lindores (2 weeks before and reported to the police).

I know for certain that there is a large animal running about.

I have 2 small children, one at a age to roam about on his own.Do you think if a dog had ran wild the powers that be would ignore it?

I would be interested to hear more.
