Bill In Big Cat Scare

A terrified farmer told yesterday how he came face to face with a puma. Bill Carswell chased the big cat in his car for more than 300 yards.
Bill, who farms near St. Andrews, Fife, said: "It was huge and bulging with muscle. I was too frightened to get out of my car to go for my gun. It was the most frightening thing that I have ever seen."
Paw prints from the mystery beast match those of other pumas kept in captivity.
