Report from Chris Smith
Date and Time: 7.30 a.m. approx. June/July 2000
Location: Ladybank, Fife
Description: Black in colour, thought at first to be labrador
Movement: Leapt over fence onto road and bounded across road to other side
Noise: none
Duration: few seconds
Distance: Seen from car, 70/100 yards
Weather: Dry, clear summer morning
Reference: Have reported own sighting at Moodiesburn 1991
Additional: Report from good witness met in work situation. When he told me he lived in North Fife, I asked if he had ever seen the cat reported there. Was hesitant at first but opened up when I told him my interest. He said he had never told anyone other than his wife about the sighting for fear of ridicule. States it was big and black and definately bounded like a cat rather than a dog. Clear morning and very adamant. Hope this helps
