Jet black cat seen near Lundin Links

Female witness accompanied by her father called to report seeing a 'jet black cat with a body 4 feet long' having crossed the road in front of their vehicle near Lundin Links.
She stated that the cat, which had a long tail held its body close to the ground as it ran across the road.
