Big black cat seen in Pitmedden Forest

Hi everyone,
Here are a number of sightings sent to me from various sources including our local police.

About 0730 hours on Wednesday, 20/10/02, a female witness was walking on a forest path within Pitmedden Forest, in an area known as "The Clink", which is about 3/4 mile west of Auchtermuchty, Fife. As she walked she saw a big black cat, as big as a labrador, walking towards her along the path. As the cat saw her it ran off into the undergrowth.
Where possible I have examined the areas of sightings, however because of the time lapse between the sightings and me being notified, and also the weather factor, nothing useful has been found. The police had also carried out enquiries/searched at many of the locations.
