July	nr Dunure, South Ayrshire	Jet-black cat, blazing emerald green eyes, tail curved, half as long as body, size of Labrador	Seen by motorist. Lept to middle of road in single bound.
mid Summer	Burnhouse, North Ayrshire	Big strong, mountain lion type, tail was 3 ft long.	Caught in the headlights. Crossed road in two bounds.
