Large velvet-black cat seen twice near Forres
Summary from the Forres Gazette, 11 th February 1987
Cluny Hill, Forres, Moray.
Three youths at a range of 15 yards spot a "velvety-black" cat with a squat "lynx-like" head, and bushy big black tail. c.30-36 inches tall at shoulder. (09-02-87)
The same cat spotted in same area 2 days later (11-02-87), by the same 3
youths, David Barr, Grigor Bell, and Martin McAuslan.
