Big cat and dung pile seen at East Kilbride

Aftera report of a sighting in May 2001 the witness aso mentioned the following:
Previous sighting some 15 years ago was of a black panther type of cat This was tackled by my dog but when he would not go into the wooded area we saw the large cats eyes which looked about 8" apart it then ran out onto the path about 25 yds away and went off into the housing area we live in. I went back with a torch and found a large pudding shape dung pile which had small bits of bones through it. Unfortunately it rained very heavily that night and as I did not pick up the sample I had only the sighting to speak about (dogs dont talk !!)
