"about 15 years ago" (June 2001) East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire Black panther type of cat, large cats eyes about 8" apart. Tackled by dog and ran off into housing area we live in. Dung pile with bones found.

February nr Cupar, Fife Large cat with long dark fawn coloured coat Seen from a train. Pouncing around in the snow near a wooded area

February Glen Bernera, nr Skye, Highland Light fawn, like a Labrador, cat-like face, ears and whiskers, about the size of a deerhound but much more thickset Seen for two minutes at 20 yards. Sat on haunches before walking away

26 th May River South Esk at East Kintrockat, near Brechin, Angus Large black cat, large labrador sized. Cat's profile, erect ears, long tail. Seen for 30 seconds by fisherman at 25 feet (measured). Came out of undergrowth and come down to the water's edge. Paused, looked directly at fisherman, then lay down to drink.

June Glen Doll, Angus Large black feline creature, the size of a large black dog Seen by 8 witnesses for 5 minutes at a couple of hundred yards. Pouncing and rolling around then darted off

4 th June Moray Spaniel-medium dog sized cat Seen by two holiday makers. Loped off.

Autumn Fyvie, Aberdeenshire Big black cat, about five feet in length, long thin tail, back was slightly dipped, small ears, rounded,cat's face. Seen by farm worker at 20 yards.

7 th November St Leonards Road, Forres, Moray Large black, labrador sized cat Seen by home owner in her garden.

c. 5 th December Sherrifbrae, Forres, Moray Black cat, labrador sized Vague reference

10 th December Westfield farm, Duffus, Moray Large "spaniel sized" black cat Seen in headlights crossing road.
