I found this pic of Monymusk park where the big cat sighting occurred in 1995. It was described as a large black animal 'too long to long to be a dog or cat'.

Here are some more pics of sighting locations in Angus. They show Monymusk Park where a sighting occurred in 1995, and the area surrounding the park. Although it is a populated area there is plenty of cover and most of the houses have high hedges or walls.
