This domain was previously registered by the South Florida Rehabilitation Centre.

According to a report in the Miami Times the centre had problems in 1997 and we believed that it might have closed.

However, in April 2002 we were pleased to hear from Barbara who runs the centre with her husband.

"My name is Barbara, my husband and I run the Centre. we are still operating. as you know it takes lots of time, energy and money to keep going. my friend noticed you had us on you link. Thank you and we are grateful. We had problems with the county but we are still operating, taking care of the last of the abused big cats. They are healthy and happy. Thanks again, Barbara."
