Boar Is Blasted

<P>ANIMAL groups hit out yesterday after an escaped wild boar was shot dead.<BR><BR>

Police searching near Badenoch, Inverness-shire, were prepared to capture and sedate the beast.<BR><BR>

But it was blasted by a local landowner instead.<BR><BR>
