Large black cats seen for second time at a farm by Galston

A large black cat has returned to a farm near Galston where it has was sighted two or three months previously.
A female witness looked out of the window to see, a large black cat, on the grass verge by the roadside. The cat was sitting quite calmly licking and cleaning itself.
The witness went to get her daughter but by the timle they returned to the window, the cat had disappeared.
Where the cat had been sitting, a large area of the grass had been flattened, suggesting the presence of a fairly large and heavy animal.
