Puma like cat seen near Huntly

Don't know how interesting this will be but here goes.
My whole family was driving to Huntly in the Xmas hols, we'd passed the restaurant on the left side - Morgan Mcveighs?? Think thats the name - 1/2 mile further on my 9 year old son screamed that he had just seen a lion.
As good parents we brushed it aside and assured him that it was prob. a sheep. He was adamant that it was "a lady lion - it didn't have the big mane. It was either a leopard or a lion - it was white!"
It was in the corner of the field crouched down watching something - he had demo'd this position since and it certainly looks like a stealth like posn of a cat. He said it was bigger than a big dog.
We didn't report it because we took it with a pinch of salt - but today when we saw the article in the paper - the picture of the puma got him going again.
