Big Cat Spotted by Tourists at Gatehouse of Fleet

In the witnesses own words:
We saw a large, dark grey/black cat just north of Gatehouse of Fleet at around 8 pm last Saturday (June 24).
It was in the undergrowth on the side of the road and appeared to be stalking something. It was about the size of a German Shepherd dog.
It was definitely not a dog!.
