Huge cat at Bellfield Interchange, Kilmarnock
April 1997
Sheila, along with her 10 year old daughter was driving around the Bellfield Interchange at Kilmarnock, when Sheila's daughter began shouting that she could see a huge cat.
She became so excited at the strange sight that she almost began crying, which is what convinced Sheila that her daughter definitely saw something. The lady herself saw nothing.
Sheila continues: "It was in amongst the grass and bushes between our road and the A77, which was below us. It was on the right hand-side of the A77 as you head onto the Ayr road. My daughter said it was the size of a largish dog and the colour in her words was, 'orangey with black bits.'
