Big Cat seen near Fauldhouse

December 1995

Fauldhouse. West Lothian.

Thomas along with his wife and son have seen the creature.

"We live behind the local football park and that is where we saw it.

There are a few other people locally who have also seen it including one elderly man who was out walking his dog in the forest behind the park.

The animal stood its ground and stared the man out, not seemingly frightened, unlike the elderly gentleman who got quite a fright."

Thomas describes the animal as the size of an alsation dog, black and very muscular especially at the back end, with a long bushy tail.

It had about a five inch print from toe to heel.
