Wailing like woman screaming heard

Spring 1980, Cannich, Inverness-shire
It was during the spring of 1980 that Miss Chisholm reported a horrible wailing on the hillside above her home. It lasted from about midnight to 5.00 am over two nights and sounded like a woman screaming. Other people reported hearing the sounds.
