'Lioness or puma' spotted near Dingwall

A "lioness or puma" was seen by a housewife at Cononbridge, near Dingwall, just north of Inverness, sometime on the 4 th or 5 th Feb 1978.
She described it as a "big, powerful-looking cat of some kind," and added that in the same area last year two men had seen a "lioness".
