A TIGER has been shipped out from Scotland to help save her species.
Edinburgh Zoo's Amur tiger Ryeka is heading for Norway's Kristiansand Zoo, where she will be joined by her intended mate, from Kiev Zoo in Ukraine.
The Amur tigers, which live in China and the Russian Far East, have been threatened by poachers who use body parts in traditional Chinese therapies.
